- Minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights required for "Daily Rates"
- Minimum saty of 7 consecutive nights required for "Weekly Rates"
- Minimum saty of 30 consecutive nights required for "Monthly Rates"
- All above net rates are quoted in Thai-Baht per villa per night basis.
- Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and nonrefundable.
- The resort reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice
**Long Term Stay: Price available on application from THB 150,000 per month (minimum 3 months required) depending on length of stay and period of occupation.

Special Internet Rates Terms & Conditions:
- All above net rates are quoted in Thai-Baht per chalet per night basis.
- Maximum of 2 adults is allowed to stay in each chalet and one extra bed is able to arrange for third person with additional charge for each night.
- An extra bed is inclusive of daily breakfast.
Children Policy:
- There are is no charge for children under 12 years to share the existing things in the same chalet with their parents, if above 12 years old is considered as adult.
- An available baby cot is free of charge.
Check-in/out Time:
- Check-in time available from 1300 till 2230 hrs.
- Check out time 1200 noon. Upon request to be late check out till 16.00 is free of charge subject to the availability, after 1800 hrs it will be charged 50% of each room night rate.
